We have setup a new helpdesk project with the helpdesk portal located at https://servicedesk.domain/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
We want to sync our active directory so users are able to use their domain creds to login to the help desk portal when submitting requests. I have this configured by scoping to a group and currently it seems to be working.
However the problem we are running into is that these 'customer' users are also able to log into the main jira service desk portal, located at https://servicedesk.domain.com, though they do not have access to anything in there. Is there a way to completely prevent these customer users from logging into the normal jira portal?
These users are not in any groups within JSD aside from the main one we used to scope them for the AD sync process.

We would still like users to be able to use the helpdesk portal, we would just like to be able to restrict them from logging into the main jira portal.
