No acces to project (customer portal)

Hey all,

I can't access my colleagues' project where we get customer requests. I don't seem to have permission to do so. Does anyone know how I can change this? I seem to be registered as a customer for the project, but I can't access it nor can I find the project in the system.

Customers only get to see the portal in front of the project.  To see the project, you need to have Jira access and permission for that account to browse the project.

You'll need to ask your admins about your account permissions and visibility of projects.
