Our Team @ListEngage recently started using Confluence as our (long-time-needed) internal knowledge base.
Right now and after the foundation has been setup, we have started to migrate our invaluable knowledge bits and gotchas that have been stored in different silos over the years. Fortunately, soon those will all live in Confluence, making it easily searchable and therefore providing our Engagers the opportunity to tap into a wealth of information that will allow them to solve their current issues.
