Email notification it is still using the old smtp settings/ old email address

Scenario: lately we use mworkspace@shangsoftware.com for our smtp server configuration then suddenly we need to change it to testsupport@shangsoftware.com to make it more organize in our side. I Tested it using the test connection and it prompt that the connection has been successful and i tried sending email using the "Send a test email" and i received the email. but i want to try it in my powerscript as 
sendEmail("testsupport@shangsoftware.com","randyd@shangsoftware.com", "", "Test null", "randy_test.tpl");

and in other notification.

but still it doesn't send at all but if i use sendEmail("mworkspace@shangsoftware.com","randyd@shangsoftware.com", "", "Test null", "randy_test.tpl");

and it works well. is there anything i can do with this? Im thinking to restart the uat. please i need other suggestion
