Both JIRA Software and JIRA Core allow you to create Dashboard (s) using several built-in and custom gadgets. Unfortunately, you cannot expose a dashboard on the Jira Service Desk Customer portal.
However, the Customer Portal provides the Requests Page (from the link at the top right corner of the portal), allowing users to overview the tickets they reported or shared with them.

With our easy to use widgets, you can quickly customize and craft your Dashboard. The App provides easy-to-use drag-and-drop creation of custom reports, charts, and dashboard gadgets.
