Cloning Reporter Name from a Service Management Project to a Custom Field in Another Project

I am trying to solve for not being able to clone portal fields from a service management project using the normal custom field mappings. 

So, I am trying to copy the reporter name from the JSM project to a field in COO Centralized Initiatives called "Full Name of Reporter" 

It is populating the field, but it is putting it in as numbers. This is the automation Rule. 

This is the output in the second project: 

How can I get that to be a name not a number?

Perhaps you can try {{reporter.displayName}}
