while exporting dates with time to excel, some dates didnt display

all other dates displayed well. 4 dates didnt display at all

A Little more detail on your export would help the community to understand your issue.

Check the value of the dates in the database if you have access. Jira has problems if you enter dates far in the future, they get changed to negative values in the DB

It's also possible that a CSV import was used to import invalid date values
