where is listeners link under administration -> advanced?

where is listeners link under administration -> advanced?

Hi All, I just upgraded to JIRA 4.4.1. and I found there is no listeners link under administration so that I can not add my listener to JIRA. I am not sure how it happens, is there some configuration that can hide the listener link in JIRA? Thanks.

Can you check all your system plugins are enabled? Also make sure you haven't missed it in the clutter! The links are located at diffierent places in 4.4+

there are a lot of system plugins so I am not sure which one is related to the listener? it seems most of the system plugins are ok...

I was using 4.4 all the time, so I used to find it under administrations -> advanced, but it is not there...
