Is there an option to add attachments through a click of a button from within JIRA issue  (when a user is creating an issue in JIRA, the attachments section should provide an automatic link or a button for the user to upload the documents on to the respective pages in confluence).

It's not broken, so there's no workaround.

You need to write some automation code to do this.
