unable to see gerrit reviews in jira

Hello guys,

Have you any come across like after successfully configured gerrit plugin in jira, i am still not able to see the gerrit reviews.

in JIRA " it says "There are no open Gerrit changes for this issue."

In gerrit logs,

i can clearly see the JIRA user is trying to make a contact for that particular issue as shown below:

Only the issues which are listed in gerrit review, will be able to see in respective JIRA id, (default functionality - which i understood later sometime )

Any update on this issue? We are also facing the same with JIRA 6.4.10 and JIRA-gerrit plugin 2.3.
