Atlassian have courses which are interactive (you get a talk, then some laboratory work to actually practice what was talked about and ask questions).  Start at for those.

Many of the Atlassian solution partners contributed to these, and some deliver them on behalf of Atlassian (I used to, but I'm not a good trainer.  A good teaching assistant apparently, but not the talking in front of a crowd)

The other option if you want something more personalised to your needs, on-site, or if the courses aren't of a format that suits you is to get in one of the solution partners who does training.  See and look for "training" under the "products" section.
