I have issues set up to represent change requests (features, tech debt, readiness, etc.) We are using sub-tasks under each issue to assign small bits of work to a user. The estimates at the issue level is our swag or t-shirt size. The estimates at the sub-task are for users to put in real estimates, log work and track remaining effort. This is not working for me when I view at issue or burn down. I've spent a couple of days trying to figure out. Can you point me in the right direction?
