some problems in "Creating Issues and Comments from Email:

I used "Creating Issues and Comments from Email", it works well for most email-handling, but some still not works.

___________
Found 4 message(s) in the pop3 folder.
Adding comment '类别 产品名称 产品经理 ...' by user 'liXXushuo' to issue 'WEEKLY-212'.
Adding comment 'Reporter (liuCCshuo...' by user 'liuXXshuo' to issue 'WEEKLY-212'.
Deleting Message '工作周报2013-03-11――2013-03-15'
Adding comment '本周工作内容 任务名称 ...' by user 'XXchun' to issue 'WEEKLY-270'.
Deleting Message '专业搜索周报_XXX春_2013.3.11-3.15'
Issue must have a summary. The mail message has an empty or no subject.
Adding comment '本周工作内容。 (1)跟踪新的流...' by user 'XXizhu' to issue 'WEEKLY-262'.
Deleting Message '答复: XXX平周报'

Looking at the error message, it seems that the email do not have a correcty title or header that made JIRA not possible to post the comment to the related ticket.

On the other hand, maybe you can turn on the incoming mail log in the page "Administration >> Logging & Profiling" for a further troubleshooting or you can fire a support ticket for it.

sorry for disturbance.

I wonder WHY cannot upload the images for help to locate the reason of my question

Actually, only one message has no subject, other 3 messageS have common subject, i hope to give you screen snap-shot, but cannot(either PNG or JPG)
