I used "Creating Issues and Comments from Email", it works well for most email-handling, but some still not works.

Looking at the error message, it seems that the email do not have a correcty title or header that made JIRA not possible to post the comment to the related ticket.
On the other hand, maybe you can turn on the incoming mail log in the page "Administration >> Logging & Profiling" for a further troubleshooting or you can fire a support ticket for it.
