renaming a permission scheme

I am trying to create a new permission scheme based on the default permission scheme. I made a copy of the default permission scheme but can't figure out how to rename it to include my project name. Can anyone help please?

If you go to Settings > Issues > Permission scheme and then click Edit to the right of the scheme you want to rename it will take you to the page where you can rename it and also add a description.
