not able to log in after turning sso on

Emma Hernandez December 31, 2024

I set up SSO and added 4 members to this policy.  When the members try to log in they get the following error message.

Sorry but we're having trouble signing you in

The signed-in user is blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access

Hi @Emma Hernandez , thanks for your question.

Have you confirmed that the users with this policy are members of a product access group?

Were they logging in normally before you added them to the SSO policy?

Best wishes
