my email path change after Sep and not able to receive any email notification from JIRA ticket, how to reset it back?

One of the ways to make the email notification work again is to set your old email address as an email alias on your email settings.
This will allow you to receive the notification from the previous email path.
This setting may require the email admin role; if so, you need to contact the admin for assistance.
