mass creation of user accounts (via ldap)?

How can we mass create user accounts? Perhaps a CSV file?

Please elaborate in more detail in what do you meant by mass create user account? JIRA has the feature to retrieve and add LDAP Users into its database automatically. Please review the following documentation:

• DELEGATE
