Why only jira-administrators are able to login to our JIRA server? We created some jira-user and jira-developer account, but were not able to login with them. We get the following error message everytime:

"You do not have a permission to log in. If you think this is incorrect, please contact your JIRA administrators."

Could you help us to be able to login with developer-, and user-accounts?

You can define who can login using the "JIRA Users" global permission.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+Global+Permissions

By default, it is for jira-users group btw!
