tickets that has been assigned by someone to me but wouldn't be able to see the ticket somehow. unfortunately this is not only my issue but all stakeholders of the project. previously, we used to check the ticket promptly. Could you please fix this issue?

I second that. This will be most likely a permission topic (permission scheme of the project, more precisely caused by a misconfigured Browse Projects project permission) or security topic (issue level security). So have a look first at the used permission scheme or tell an admin to check it. :)

Try the Permission Helper and this will tell you why..
Open an Issue and then go to Admin, on the right top of the page, and then click on Permission Helper.
