I am attempting to install a new version of jira and restore an export from our current production version, and am getting the following error in /jira/log/atlassian-jira.log. What am I doing wrong?

Hi there,

There could be a couple of things that are causing this. I suspect that your database might have suffered from some corruption during the creation of the tables, hence causing this issue.

Could you create a new database, connect your JIRA to it, then start it up. The initial startup might take a while as the tables are being created, but once it is done, you would be able to access your instance, and then re-try the import process :)

Hi,

This problem might be related to a third-party plugin, can you make sure that all the plugins are present and enabled in your target JIRA instance?
