Currently, I used JIRA in innowireless in south korea.

One of my role is if issue within group which we cooperate with company in japan publish I copy it in another project that we handle as our privacy project

So I manually copy many things like as subtitle, attachment, assign, component etc..

So I am looking for an way. How to copy of one of issue from general project to privacy project?

Clone the issue them move it to the relevant project.

You can also move multiple issues by bulk.
