Weare importing a lot of ticket from another tool to jira.
some of them are in the state "concluded" so their field resolution must be set to "done" during the import.
the mapping of this field has been done, we don't have any error message during the import but the field "resolution" is not set to done after the import.
this field seems to be protected. is there a trick to import ticket with resolution field set to "done" ?
@ribas are you importing as a Jira Administrator? According to this documentation only Jira Admins can set the resolution.
