We currently have the version of Jira 7.10.2 with the complementtest qtest for JIRA - Teste Management 6.11.9, the integration is made that allows the complement between the applications creating a user in Jira for qtest and connecting qtest by means of this, when Jira has the http protocol the integration works correctly and within the incident allows to see the qTest execution option, but when Jira has a secure certificate and protocol https this option appears blank, what could be happening?
I share file where I indicate the process that takes place.

In the production instance https://proyectosdesarrollo.dian.gov does not allow to relate project nor to visualize the test execution only makes the link
The configuration is removed by the https protocol in the application and therefore the security certificate, the application is restarted and if it allows to visualize and relate the project of qtest
Based on the above it is necessary to validate if from the Qtest application it responds to the https protocol.
Validations are carried out having configured by means of the application link from Jira and this indicates the following error when connecting to Qtest
