Welcome to community :)

We use maintenance windows whenever a change, bug fix, or essential maintenance requires some downtime to roll out to your products. Maintenance windows occur daily between 1 am and 3 am in the timezone of the server your product is on. We only use the maintenance windows when downtime can’t be avoided.

Incase you wish to know what is your time zone for your instance ior change the window you can reach out to support

Good day! This message displays when your instance is on a scheduled maintenance. Maintenance windows occurs between 1 am and 3 am of the timezone of the site that it is set to.

I would request you to reach out Atlassian Support team and get details to which timezone your site is set to and if the maintenance hours falls in the working hours, you can ask the support team to change the timezone as per your requirement.

To add more details to my previous information, regarding the maintenance window, the maintenance window is not a daily event, it occurs daily between 1am-3am, which means that it is strictly limited to the 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM daily window in the site's local timezone.

If your site underwent maintenance during your working hours, I recommend contacting the Atlassian Support team. Please share your preferred maintenance time slot along with your timezone, and our support engineers will validate the corresponding available time zone and update your site's settings accordingly.
