We want to add automatically values on a custom field in Jira (Single choice list) from à CSV file.
I searched a way to do this but I didn't find any solutions...
Is there a way to do this ? maybe with Scriptrunner ?

There is a plugin for this requirement of yours called "element" it's paid plugin.

It does support fetching the data via REST API and also from DB
