Hi, how to do for the activity tab of a issue shows the activity of only this issue and it dont show the activity all issues and agents in JSM 4.22.2.
When an agent is working on an issue and clicks on the activity tab, the agent can see all platform's activity, and the activity all agents. We have updated to the JSM version 4.22.2. Before updating, if the agents clicked on the activity tab, it only showed
the activity of this issue and the activity the agents that had participated in that issue.
When can we resolve this problem???
