As i have been learning Jira software for project management, What are the main things that anyone have to do as a fresher. Also what is the best recommendations or suggestions to freshers who want to start their carrier as product manager, scrum master or project manager roles and succeed in it.

If you want to use Jira to start your project management career, I would just start on Jira Cloud free plan. When you have an instance created, come up with a personal project you want to accomplish and plan it out with a Jira Project and test out the features. A good example of a project is building out studying plan in Jira and track it towards a project management certification.
There's many ways to go about it but you want to focus on figuring what you want to do. Project manager and product manager have different skills set and focus.
