I was able to connect to Non cloud Jira for the last couple of weeks, today changed password, and used the new password from python, but I got the following error:
JIRAError: JiraError HTTP 403 url: https://jira.charter.com/rest/api/2/serverInfo text: CAPTCHA_CHALLENGE; login-url=https://jira.charter.com/login.jsp
I was trying to find the user configuration to reset the CAPTCHA details, but I could not find this, since probably I don't have enough permissions to change anything in my profile (customer jira).
what should I do? any alternative?
