fresh install: invalid column name 'scheme'

I performed a fresh install of JIRA 6.4.2 (64-bit) and after going through the wizard and restarting the server, I'm getting the error below.  Any ideas?

Exception thrown during upgrade: Invalid column name 'scheme'.
java.sql.SQLException: Invalid column name 'scheme'.

The KB below should help to resolve this issue.  smile

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/JIRA+installation+or+upgrade+fails+with+java.sql.SQLException+Invalid+column+name

Let us know if it doesn't.

Cheers

I was using the database setup instructions here that name a different collation:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Database+Setup+for+SQL+Server

Is that out of date?  Also thanks for the link I tried searching and didn't find that.

You're welcome. This KB is to configure Confluence database and not JIRA. The correct one for JIRA should be found below. https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Connecting+JIRA+to+a+Database
