excel report download problem

Hello,

When I press the excel button on the issue navigator page, the excel file always comes up with the columns I specified, but this time it gives an error, it also gives a download error, how can we solve this situation, thank you

When you click Export Issues -> Excel and then download the file. Is there any issue?

If problem persists, I would recommend you create a ticket via http://support.atlassian.com.
