error rendering transitions tab

On some of our old JIRA issues, the transitions tab is displaying the error:

Error rendering 'com.googlecode.jira-suite-utilities:transitions-summary-tabpanel'. Please contact your JIRA administrators.

In the log files, I see this:

2014-10-22 15:12:27,027 http-bio-8080-exec-64 WARN fisher23 912x194512x1 1rt1lva 10.17.20.253 /browse/IC-7296 [com.atlassian.ozymandias.SafePluginPointAccess] Unable to run plugin code because of 'java.lang.NumberFormatException - For input string: ""'.
2014-10-22 15:12:27,027 http-bio-8080-exec-64 ERROR fisher23 912x194512x1 1rt1lva 10.17.20.253 /browse/IC-7296 [jira.plugin.issuetabpanel.IssueTabPanelInvokerImpl] Exception thrown while trying to call getActions() for com.googlecode.jira-suite-utilities:transitions-summary-tabpanel (Show how much time was spent in executing each transition.)

My guess is that the error is occurring because something in the history of the transitions no longer exists as a workflow step (because the workflow was modified once or twice over time). However, it's causing the entire tab to fail in rendering. Can this be fixed?

You should install suitable version of JSU plugin manually using "Upload add-on" button.

You can check the compatibility of plugin on Version history page and download it from here.
