I am writing to you on behalf of our IT department at Ziraat Bank. We have been using Jira for approximately one month and have created numerous sprints, projects, tasks, and backlogs during this period. However, we recently experienced a disruption in our service as our trial period has ended.
We obtained permission from our board commission to proceed with the payment for continued access, but unfortunately, the authorization and subsequent payment were delayed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We are requesting your assistance to ensure that all the data we have entered— including teams, projects, and backlogs— is preserved and accessible once we make the necessary payment and our access is restored. Additionally, we plan to proceed with a 50-user Standard plan.
Could you please confirm if this is possible and provide any steps we need to follow to ensure a smooth transition back to full access?
Thank you very much for your understanding and support in this matter. We look forward to your response
I'd recommend that you create a support ticket using this link https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing?redirectSource=sac-wac-redirect#/
Specifically if you select Product Trials > Extend product trial - this option should allow our team to extend a product trial and reactivate the product in question.
Data retention for trials is typically only 15 days per our Track storage and move data across products: Data Retention so if the product can be reactivated quickly, the data should still be there. However if you wait weeks to reactivate, it is possible that data could be removed.
