do you have a "average age chart" on status o rsolution change

Hi,

I am looking in for a gadget/plugin... which allows me to have the average age of issues in different states or resolution. Actually Jira provide a chart for the average age for issues which have been closed . In our process we have many different steps (state or resolution) before an issue is closed (e.g. open -> developped -> to validate -> validate -> delivered) and I would like to have an overview of the average age in each step of our process (i.e. the average age for the developpement of a task, the average age of the testing...)
