want to create a new menu that appears in user story or epic type work items and that would activate an add-on when clicked on. 

 

I only have demo versions of JIRA . 

 

My JIRA demo version is past 30 days old

 

 

last month I did it with success and my add-on appeared in the User-installed apps list. But since last week I can't do it again and have some 404 and 403

Are you saying you are not able to access Jira at all anymore?

Or are you still able to access Jira but unable to access the add-on?

And is this an add-on you developed, or one you got from another party?
