I have given a certain user project lead permissions but I still can make them the component lead. I don't know why. Also, I have multiple components in a project but the members of the project can only see 1 of the components.
I've got a similar issue, where the Componet has a Lead assigned and I'm trying to change the Lead. When I do I get a clocking that goes on and on... anyone seen this?
