We have never really used this and I want to cancel and get a refund on the charge today of $100.. I don;t want TEMPO or any of the product.... it did not work for uys and we could not get answers from your company
You'll need to contact https://support.atlassian.com for a formal answer (I assume when you say "we could not get answers", you used that and did not get the answers you sought). We're just end-users here, like yourself, we're not support.
