atlassian ondemand (jira & confluence) remote rest api

I have a trial account for atlassian on demand (jira), we are implementing single sign on application in C#.net to remotely add user, remove user, get all user, suspend user into atlassian.

Kindly forward right api link to perform these task.

Also sent some sample code in C#.
