Please find the link which can help you to create dashboard and use gadgets which will display project details

Hello and welcome!

If you are using the default dashboard with default gadgets, you'll first hit the edit button in the upper right. Then you'll use the ... menu in the gadget and select configure. Depending on the gadget, you may see options to select or filter for projects.

I recommend taking a look at the Atlassian free course

Create basic dashboards in Jira

Generally if you want to see data from multiple projects, you'll want to create and save a filter and use it with a dashboard gadget.

Head over to filters, view all issues. Switch to basic if needed. Under projects check the projects you want to include on the dashboard. Save the filter and be sure to add people as viewers if they are going to use the dashboard. Once the filter is created you could use the export option and select "Create a dashboard gadget" to easily show pick a gadget to display the results of the filter. You can repeat the export process to add additional gadgets to the dashboard.

Hope this helps you get started!
