add linked issue to the greenhopper cards style

We would like to see issue link numbers in the Greenhopper cards, however that fields cannot be added in the tool | configuration | card styles. We are on version 5.2.4

There is a JIRA open for this but Atlassian have commented that "Due to the limited space available on the card view in the Rapid Board we do not currently plan to allow customisation of the card." The also say "We will implement customisation of the detail view so that it can display some user specified custom fields...covered in GHS-3474
