Zephyr Test Steps are EDITABLE on Completion

Zephyr for JIRA : 5.4.1.54108287

JIRA Version : 8.5.2 

As part of our process, we are making issues not editable by setting properties.

jira.issue.editable=false

But only Test Steps are editable even after marking the issue not editable.

Rest of the JIRA Fields are not editable.

How to fix this issue

I'm not too familiar with Zephyr, but if you don't need the field to be editable at all, you could just remove the field from the edit screen?

It is possible to control from removing EDIT Screen option.

Disabling from Edit Screen will not allow to update any time during the process.

I would like to EDIT the fields whatever is required until the issue is active.

Once issue completed, we need to block complete edit option for all fields.
