[Zendesk x Jira] Follow-up emails

Hi there,

I have a Zendesk x Jira workflow set up. Right now, we're using it to link Zendesk tickets to existing Jira tickets or create new Jira tickets to attach to.

I was wondering, in the event we have updates to share about the ticket, are the ways to either:

  1. Batch notify all the Zendesk tickets with our own update
  2. Compile a list of all the email addresses tied to the Jira ticket (there doesn't seem a way to, for example, export a CSV of all the email addresses of the emails tied to the Jira ticket)
