Your JIRA Software license's user limit is exceeded. Users with this license only can't create issue

I have access to 10 license's user and have used all of them. After shifting from H2 database to MySQL 5.6, we get this message:

"Your JIRA Software license's user limit is exceeded. Users with this license only can't create issues until you have upgraded your license or reduced the number of users"

Hi,

h2 database is for trial purposes only and there may be a function that lets you exceed user limit. In order to solve this warning you have to navigate to Jira Administration>Applications>Application Access and find the group that has access to Jira Software. Then you should clean out some users from that group until you have 10 or less.
