A question about a workflow in Jira. Normally the status looks like this: To Do ➡️ Draft Now it looks like this: To Do ➡️ Done Is it possible that someone globally or a team member has changed this? And do you have any tips on how I can undo this, or how I can do it correctly?

Workflows (WF) can be shared by multiple projects. I would guess that someone from a different project that uses the same WF has changed the status. Check in the WF is used by multiple projects, this can give you a hint if it can be the case.

Also, it is possible to check Jira Logs to see who did the change.

@Luke

to better understand your issue, it would be great if you can share the screen shot of your current workflow.

In absence of any SS, all I can say is most likely JIRA Admin has edited the workflow.
