Workflow transition with Attachment as required field

I've created a transition with a validator that has one Validator and no Conditions:

Fields required for this transition: Attachment

I've got a test issue with attachments, and when I try to progress it past this transition, I get:

Attachment is required

It doesn't seem to matter if I have one, two, ten, or zero files attached to the issue, it all happens the same way.

Never mind - turns out that option was being provided by a 3rd party plugin, which seems to be broken.
