Workflow transition permissions on Jira Cloud

Hello,

I want to setup different roles in Jira (managers and developers) and allow developers only some transactions (To do -> In progress -> Done) but managers should be able to move tickets from any status to any status. 

 

Can I setup permissions on workflow transactions for different roles on Jira Cloud?

If no, How can I achieve the same behaviour on Jira Cloud?

you should add a condition to every transition that you want to restrict, using for instance the "User is in project role" condition.
