Hi!

I need create a condition to block user to start progress in more than one critical issue. One user can't work in more than one critical issue.

I beleive that the a jql result based condition this a best solution, but not found a plugin that have this resource.

Any idea?

Script Runner add on should do the trick (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.onresolve.jira.groovy.groovyrunner).
