I'm using free subscription plan for 3years. Without notification my access was suspended. Any possibility to recover my project details without subscription.

As @Vronik mentions, this won't happen without notification from Atlassian and would also mean you haven't logged into the product form over 2 months.
But anyway, an email would have been sent to the admin of the cloud instance, regarding this.

How strange, because a notification email always arrives if you haven't used it for a long time to suspend or deactivate it
