Why the value None not showing as Empty

Does anyone know how to search custom field value 'None'?

Neither Empty nor 'None' is working!

Are you referring to the value of None that you added? Or the value of None that just comes with the list of values?

Can you share more information? Like the query itself and what is not working about it?

One that comes with the list.

Ex: Project = BS and state = None

Project = BS and state is EMPTY

Both couldn't list out the empty value issues.

Can you share some screen shots of the query and results and then issues that is should have returned?
