Why project setting disappears after 2 seconds in jira cloud

trying to update some Jira projects workflows and etc when trying to go to the project setting, I see the project setting option for 2 seconds and then it disappears. 

can anyone help with this appreciate your comments and suggestion in advance?

Hi Muhammad,

If you are the site-admin of the instance, can you please check on your profile on Administration > Users if you were also added to the Administrator group? Also, confirm if you were added to the default groups.

The group that gives access to the project setting is the administrator, so if you are added to this group, you should be able to access and add yourself on the People page.
You can also try to use the direct link to test:
https://xxxxxxxxxx.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/project-config/ISSUEKEY/people

Are you the only admin facing this issue?
When did this issue start?
Is this issue happening on any browser? Can you test using the incognito window?
Also, please check the developer tools on your browser and send us any error that appears when you go to the project.
