Why is the Project Manager of a Project not receiving email updates for a Jira ticket that was moved from Project A to Project B?

A Jira ticket (Bug) was created in Project A and then later moved/edited to be in Project B. The PM of Project B did not receive an email notification that the ticket was updated (or any changes to the ticket post the change to Project B).

The PM of Project B is *not* the PM for Project A.

Thanks!

Hi Kurt,

This is a known behavior...

You can read more about it in below JIRA tikcets:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-8819

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-12505

And Vote on them if you want to implement this feature in new versions of JIRA

I hope that helps..

Regards,

Mirek
